Description

Hi,

I am currently trying to get the date of when a ticket was closed. My initial idea was to use the Changetime attribute, but this timestamp changes if a new comment is posted into a closed ticket.

So there are 2 possible ways:

  • Implementing a closing date attribute field
  • Lock comments for closed tickets

One of both points possible?

Thanks in advance,

Fabian
