Description
If you have deleted tickets (just like here) you can't browse over them with next/previous actions in ticket view.
Steps to reproduce:
Got to ticket #7767 and click "previous ticket" you get error page saying ticket #7766 doesn't exist. There is no way to navigate to previous or next ticket.
Either those browse buttons should still exist trying to do +1 or -1 ticket number. Or better yet, take real existing previous or next ticket in numbering order.

Right, this is not very user-friendly. I'll try to do something for 0.11.3.
