Improve "Getting started with Trac" on default wiki start page

Description

When looking at the "Getting started with Trac" section there is a pragraph about TracLinks but with no actual link to TracLinks. I think it would be a good idea to simply point out that there are much more TracLinks options available. How about adding: 

See TracLinks for more linking options.

Sorry, I just noticed that the wiki page layout I was complaining about is not a default one but was simply created after the environment was initialised. So one false bug less to fix.
