Improve TicketQuery and query: traclinks to allow insertion of logged in username

Description

I would like to put a link on the front page that takes the logged-in user straight to the open tickets he has in the system, or to embed that list in the front page.

I expected to be able to do this using TicketQuery, or using query: with some kind of template variable to insert the username into the query URL, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do it.

I also had a look for an enhanced TicketQuery plugin with this functionality, and couldn't find one.

Like that?

New tickets for me: [[TicketQuery(owner=$USER,status=new,format=count)]]

New tickets for me: 1

(for me this currently shows 280)

Resolution: worksforme
Status: assignedclosed

279 now ;-)

I don't think it works for 0.10.x though, it was added/fixed for 0.11 IIRC.
