editing web frontend on view ticket - parse for user email

Hello!

I am looking to edit the web template(s) on all viewable tickets. I want to add a button that when clicked will populate the cc field with the user email address. This way, I don't have to go lookup the email address based on user name all the time.

I am using mod-python and have looked through many of the web python files and genshi generated templates from the python library…I am unclear as to what files I need to be editing…can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Sure: start reading the big red text box on the New Ticket page: Support and installation questions should be asked on the mailing list or IRC channel, not filed as tickets. Also, please check whether the issue you've encountered has been reported before.
