Description
it would be nice ot have a "previous" link on the timeline to have kind of paging, like eg http://www.redmine.org/projects/activity/redmine does it.

This already exists in Trac 0.11. See http://trac.edgewall.org/timeline if you doubt me :)
Also, Trac puts the prev/next links at the top of the page, which I find far more useful than putting them at the bottom of the page like redmine does.
