I'm using Trac 0.10.4. I have not enabled any plugins. Operating system is Fedora Core 6. Trac was installed by yum. Apache version: 2.2.6

Yes I'm using mod_python (version 3.2.8-3.1). Python version: 2.4.4. I have not installed any plugins.

It is interesting. I turned on logging and everything is good. Browser stopped disappearing.

That was with 0.10.4 and was possibly due to some processes still using an old configuration without a repository configured, and new processes using the new config (after a restart everything worked).
This shouldn't happen anymore with newer versions (0.11.x).
Browser presents
