I posted Some Trac-users threads to explain this issue:
- First question
- A reply — which explained me that it was corrected by r3808, but does not seem to be the same use case as i don't get any Trac error. It's just that emails aren't sent when they should.

- smtp server is working fine as I receive all the bcc emails
- always_notify_updater is not set in my Trac.ini

Seems that my IS changed the smtp settings… Will dig on this… will reopen if needded.
