Timestamp in Trac 0.11b1 will look like:
Error: Failed to load processor Timestamp
No macro or processor named 'Timestamp' found

No, not a bug. The Timestamp macro is moved to
sample-plugins
as it is no longer included in default install. Install it, and it will work.That said, the macro is not useful for other purpose than as a sample, and the text for TracWikiMacros has been updated using another example - if you do
trac-admin /path/to/project wiki upgrade
you will get the default wiki pages updated, and these should no longer reference the[[Timestamp]]
macro.
