Description

would be nice to have the choice if the search should be applied on all tickets, only on open/closed/… tickets..

Resolution: → duplicate
Status: new → closed

Rather do searching over text fields, see #4824.

Alternatively, 0.12 will have the possibility to send tickets found by a search to a custom query, for further analysis (see SearchRefactoring#Reuseofresults, which btw, links to a duplicate of this ticket, #1329).

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
