Description
While I understand that many like the camel case wiki links of old, I find it much easier to explain forced wiki links to people.
Ie. Case, etc, is irrelevant. The only things that become links are those encase in square brackets.
A toggle in the settings or in trac-admin would be great to allow an install to be run in this way.

Disabling camelcase is not something we're planning.
Trac support different formatters, making a limited version of the default wiki formatter should be possible.
For a local install, it's also possible to modify Trac to not allow camelcase.
