Newlines in project description breaks trac.ini config.

Description
In trac 0.10 you can enter a multi-line project description in the webadmin (/admin "Basic Settings") section like:
line1 line2
This in turn writes a trac.ini setting as:
... descr = line1^M line2 ...
The result upon save/submit is:
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@research.roc.westgroup.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
The entire trac project is not accessbile unitl you manually edit the trac.ini and remove the newlines.
