Having & in Milestone title results in "No Matches" in View Ticket when grouped by Milestone

Description
I am running a Trac which has a number of Milestones with the character '&' in the title. Whenever I do a Ticket view that is grouped by Milestone, these Milestones have "(No Matches)" next to them, even if they do have tickets.
This problem does not seem to be similar to #5344

Tested on current 0.11dev r6323, and can't see a problem with either Reports or Custom Query now.
This trivial issue will likely never be solved for 0.10.x., so get ready to upgrade if it is a problem.
