I've seen this periodically on a 0.10.3.1 setup as well. Seems to be transient, and I haven't put any effort into tracking it down yet.

Hm.. actually, looking more closely at the traceback, when I saw this it wasn't transient, but a resync fixed it.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.
