Description
In trac 0.11dev-r5866 on the Preferences → Keyboard Shortcuts page:
checking 'Enable access keys' works, but I am unable to uncheck the box - it always appears checked after saving.

access keys cannot be turned off in 0.10, so no regression. seems to unnecessarily block 0.11.

The attached patch adds a hidden field to the keybindings form and handles it on submit.

access keys cannot be turned off in 0.10, so no regression. seems to unnecessarily block 0.11.
Thurner, it's a new feature, and it should definitely not be broken in a fundamental way, so this really should block 0.11.

happens with ie as well as with firefox.
