Description

I use the "My Tickets" report constantly. I'd like to have an easy, one-action way to close a particular ticket right from the report. Ideal would be to add a droplist containing all the various "close as" statuses with "fixed" as the default, and add a button next to it labeled "Close". Clicking the Close button would set the ticket to whatever status was showing in the Status droplist and would reload the report so that the ticket would be dropped off the list as no longer active.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Noah Kantrowitz to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
