The helpful feedback from tracd --help is "base path".

OK, maybe "undocumented" is too strong considering ​http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracStandalone. But especially if you're gonna call it a path and not a URL, you should really 'splain it. Also you should explain why that's needed when base_url is also needed in trac.ini
