Description

It would be nice to have an extra permission to grant to a user, that would enable a logged in user to change it's own tickets while not accepted, or if you are assigned and accepted a ticket.

This would be a permission between TICKET_CHGPROP and TICKET_ADMIN.

The user should not see the admin page, and will not be able to add components, version etc.

Are you talking about editing the description? If so, it's a duplicate of #3163.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
