Allow configuration of page used as start page

Description
I'm interested in adopting the wikiPublicPatch - whereby a number of pages are indicated as being public, with all others made private (which will suit my situation more than the wikiPrivatePatch.
Pages are made public by including Public in their name. I don't see how I can make the WikiStart page public, since this would change it's name - and trac won't load it.
I could search the sources for the string 'WikiStart' and edit, but that seems a poor fix.
I'd appreciate any pointers with regard to this issue.

The main navigation (the one containing the Wiki tab) and the meta navigation (the one containing e.g. About link) has been made configurable in 0.11.
