Description

As I continue test the video quality and connectivity issues, I have stumbled across a phenomenon that causes the video to pause briefly and periodically. Since I do not have any means of providing any additional information to you (as the debugger is not working at the moment). What I can do to help you all to narrow this phenomenon down?
