Description
Easy to reproduce:
I make a link in Wiki's principal page targeting to "new ticket". I put:
* [../newticket Add Ticket]
It works. This link goes to http://localhost/projects/foo/newticket
I do click in "view tickets", and then click in "wiki" again.
Now the link goes to http://localhost/projectes/newticket

Relative links have changed a bit in 0.11 and now work consistently, see r4442.
A link targeting the newticket handler should now be written
[/newticket Add Ticket].(there's no way relative links can be fixed in the 0.10 line)
