Description
Can we let the prefs panel in revision log browser overlap part of the table below? (similar to timeline and changelog viewer)
otherwise the whole space to the left of the prefs panel is kinda wasted.

Well, in the timeline and changeset case, the content at the left of the preference panel can "flow" around it, which would not be possible to achieve here, as the log entries are displayed in a table.
However, it's true that the current layout of the log view can be improved.
