ticket change history doesn't respect users time zone

Description

I've set my time zone in prefs to +11:00, the "change history" of a ticket still shows the time as UTC (+00:00)

Right, we should try to catch all those remaining places, as that would also be useful once #2182 is implemented.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
