Button 'Add new milestone' not working

Description
Clicking the 'Add new milestone'-button does nothing. The current page reloads (milestone view), but I can't add a new milestone. This was tested in both Firefox, Safari and IE.
Adding milestones through the command line tool works fine.

No, exactly, I see this in my checked-out 0.10.3dev.
When I press Add Milestone, nothing happens anylonger.

Heh, one more argument for kicking out the very ambiguous devel version ;)
Back to the topic: yes, I could reproduce this with 0.10.3dev.

Milestone / Version tags are not coherent:
devel refers to the upcoming 0.11 for now, so it cannot be fixed for 0.10.3.
