Description

Email notifications are wrapped as if they were all one paragraph, when with wiki markup, they often include ragged line endings.

The attached patch resolves the problem by wrapping each line as a separate paragraph, and fixes uneven spacing. The first line of a ticket description was indented one space, whereas subsequent lines were not indented at all. Now all lines of the description are indented one space, just as changes are.
