would it be possible to have TracTicketsCustomFields also per ticket type?

I have in preparation a set of changes for the ticket web UI that makes the ticket type more prominent and more distinctive from other fields. This goes well with the idea of being able to have different sets of fields for each type. In particular, for the ticket changes, there will be a dedicated "switch type" action, so you'd always see and edit the fields relevant for the current type.
