The approach used in r5417 (customizing the formatter to be used) could be extended to the rendering of changelog message. Not that useful though for now as we don't have yet interesting alternative formatters.
WikiEngine refactoring and related fixes postponed.

Yeah, the underline Wiki syntax is quite annoying for Python-oriented projects…
I think that with the new WikiEngine I'm working on, it'll be quite easy to make that configurable.
(in the particular example given here, one alternative way would be to toggle the whole wiki formatting off for commit log messages: see TracIni#changeset-section).
