After installing WikiMacroCounter (happens on other parts of Trac as well), I get the following error:
ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block
SELECT filename, description, size, time, author, ipnr FROM attachment WHERE type='wiki' AND id='WikiStart' ORDER BY time

Probably a WikiMacroCounter error. I suggest that we close this as wontfix and the reporter should probably create a ticket on TracHacks or at the place the plugin is hosted.

I cannot find the WikiMacroCounter on TracHacks or the MacroBazaar to test this. But I also agree with cboos. If this only happens when you have WikiMacroCounter installed, then it is a problem with that custom macro, not with Trac. Please ask for support where you got the macro.
If this is a general Trac problem unrelated to the macro, please feel free to reopen the ticket.
The error message means that there was an earlier SQL error that aborted the transaction. For some reason that error wasn't shown.
