The ticket description shown in the main Ticket panel should be preceded by a Descrption title, similar to the one that individual changes have, in the Change History:
- the button for Replying to the description could then have a layout consistent with the other Reply buttons (whether or not this ends up being above or below the line)
- this makes it possible to easily indicate if the description has been modified since the ticket's creation. In this case, the title would simply be Description (Last modified by xxy) instead of simply Description.
