Ticket description should have a title

The ticket description shown in the main Ticket panel should be preceded by a Descrption title, similar to the one that individual changes have, in the Change History:

  • the button for Replying to the description could then have a layout consistent with the other Reply buttons (whether or not this ends up being above or below the line)
  • this makes it possible to easily indicate if the description has been modified since the ticket's creation. In this case, the title would simply be Description (Last modified by xxy) instead of simply Description.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christian Boos.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christian Boos to the specified user.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
