graceful error handling: "ticket must contain a summary" retains other data entered
if one forgets to enter a short summary, the error is "internal error: ticket must contain a summary", and the text entered in full description is gone. it would be very nice if the other data would be retained and a possibility to add the summary would be given (e.g. display the ticket again).
