"No handler could be found for ..." when log_type is none

Description

When log_type is set to none, any "global" (hotcopy, upgrade, resync, …) operation on a Trac environment makes trac-admin output the following error : 

No handler could be found for logger "/path/to/trac/env"

No idea what it means.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain daniel.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from daniel to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
