Description
When using Trac with TracMercurial plugin and mod Python, changesets can't be read and it puts out
Internal Error unknown revision '10%3Af14cb1ada682'
With a standalone server it works properly.

That must have been a duplicate of #2865, fixed in revisions ≥ r3008.
