Description

After upgrade to 0.9.4, my company site has a problem about the logo size. In trac.ini I wasn't setting any width and height settings and on previous versions this meant to don't have those settings on img html tag.

Another try I did was to set those options too but them wasn't read neither took effect.

This is a regression against 0.9.3 and would be good if somebody could provide the changeset number so I could apply it on Debian package while we don't have this fixed in a release.
