Description
If a ticket is closed as wontfix or invalid the milestone target (if any) should be cleared.

Well, that's something which should be up to the site policy about tickets. We shouldn't enforce this kind of things.
Note that in the future, the feature itself can be provided as a plugin thanks the WorkFlow infrastructure.
