Description

How about a filter for the ticket summary and/or description. This way you could at least prevent tests which simply have "test" in their summary or description ;)

Status: new → closed

This would filter out valid things like XYZ unit tests are broken and the like.

Anyway, someone who really wants to create a test ticket will simply play with the filter until he manages to create his dummy ticket…

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
