Description
I have noticed a rather strange phenomena. When I enable mhash module in PHP, apache2 starts crashing when acceessing trac. I am running debian (mixed stable/testing). Versions: trac: 0.9 apache: 2.0.55 PHP: 5.0.5 mod_python: 3.1.3

That's an incompatibility between mod_python and php5, probably triggered by a mismatch for the sqlite3 library (though it would have helped to see a backtrace for that problem).
See #3112.
