Description
I'm searching for an option that enables showing the complete text (completely wikiformatted as well) of changesets and tickets in the timeline, instead of showing only the first line with trailing dots.
A web search resulted in nothing, so I am asking you here if you could be so kind as to think about this feature request.

On #48, athomas mentioned a patch that would address the issue for the changeset only: http://swapoff.org/files/timeline-changeset.diff
Probably this can be generalized for tickets (and other timeline events) as well.

It actually did, in a restricted form (only for changesets). See #3114.
I leave this open in case we decide to do something similar for tickets.

That was already asked for changesets in #48.
But here, you go further and ask for the full text, for all events.
This option would be OK for small projects, I guess, but for any medium to large project, this would create huge pages, even with the

TracIni option set to 1,So this feature should probably be activated by the project admin, rather than by the user, with another TracIni option, e.g.
