tickets don't show up

hi

i just installed trac and set is up vie apache+python_mod, added users and milstones and now tried to issue the first ticket. shouldn't it be visible immediately in the timeline/roadmap or at least if i search for it. i didn't get any warning/error in trac.log though i get debuging info about SQL queries , but those look ok. i did close the browser and end even started another browser . but still i cant see the ticket?

how can i check if it's in the sql db manually . but if it wasn't inserted properly why dont i get an error in trac .log

Follow up:

also when i try to "preview" a ticket the project start page shows up instead of my ticket.

Resolution: invalid
Status: newclosed

I think the problem you're seeing here is described here. Double-check your Apache setup for directories that might have the same name as your Trac project, etc.

Marking as invalid as I believe this is a configuration problem. Also, this should work in 0.9.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
