Some times ago, I suggested that we should customize the
newticket.cs
template on Edgewall, to make it very apparent that the new ticket would be created in the Trac site dedicated to the actual Trac development.A link to a test site (e.g. https://ssl.bulix.org/projects/demo) could be given in the same message.
This is a recurrent problem with new users, and the risk with the current situation is that, over time, the new users making this mistake will receive a less and less friendly feedback :)
Therefore I take the liberty to hijack the original Test Leiden ticket for describing that task.
