Description
If you enter a CamelCase word in the commit comment the wiki-link that appears in the TimeLine with an absolute link (ie. http://hostname/cgi-bin/….) whereas all other Wiki-links are created as top-level relative (ie. /cgi-bin/…). The later won't break if the Apache-server is misconfigured (which isn't too uncommon in internal networks where the Apache-server might switch IP every now and then and lack a proper hostname).

Ah, since I couldn't find a ticket related to it at all I kinda assumed it wasn't fixed. Sorry and thanks for fixing it!
This has been fixed in trunk some time ago already. Don't remember the exact rev, sorry.
