Description

It would be nice to have a drop down menu of all the developers availble to assign a ticket to. This would preferably be based off of the .htaccess file used to log users into trac since these are probably the developers, but using trac-admin to set it up like for the other drop down menus would be fine too.

This is a duplicate of #222 which has been implemented for the upcoming 0.9 release.

reopen The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

change ownership to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.
