Edit Ticket: Description field misplaced in Firefox

Description
When editing a ticket (with admin rights), the Description edit field is misplaced when viewed with Firefox. It is placed right of the formatting toolbar instead below. Tried with Trac trunk [1753].
It may be a Firefox specific problem. In Internet Explorer it looks fine, in Opera 7.5 the formatting toolbar is missing.
I'll attach a screen shot of the problem in Firefox.

Works here.
Using Firefox 1.0.4 on Windows XP SP2, Trac trunk [1753] on Windows XP SP2, Apache2, CGI mode, and htdocs_location set in trac.ini.
I've seen similiar outputs happening when using Trac in CGI-mode without htdocs_location set in trac.ini

Um. I was looking in wrong section. Indeed it goes wrong in change properties part that is only visible to TICKET_ADMIN group. Seems that one forced linechange or similiar is missing…
I think it's a tiny bug in template.

This is a duplicate of #1261, look there for a possible fix.
