Description
For some reason (not understood yet), Trac has accepted an attachement, but hasn't stored the actual file on the local disk. However, it has created an attachment record in its internal database.
It is now impossible to delete this record: when "Delete file" is selected, Trac does not find the local file on the disk - which is normal, but raises an error BEFORE it removes the attachment record from its database.
Therefore, the file remains has a ghost on the related Wiki page.
Deleting the "last version" of the page does not help neither: Trac raises the same error (attachment not found).
