This ticket is used to coordinate the finalization and testing of the next development-stable release of Trac, 1.5.1.

I'm going to try and narrow the scope of next-dev-1.5.x to what I think can be included in the release. I'll move other tickets to next-major-releases. Please move any tickets that you plan to work on to next-dev-1.5.x.

In the next release, we'll need to modify the scripts to skip the upload of Windows installers to PyPI.

Following PEP 527, it will soon not be possible to upload legacy file types.
