Cloning a ticket or ticket comment should change the reporter — at Initial Version

Description
The "+ Clone" buttons ("Create a copy of this ticket" and "Create a new ticket from this comment") also copy the "reporter" field from the old ticket. This seems wrong, misleading and confusing. The reporter field for the new ticket should be the same as when creating a new ticket the normal way.
Most users have learned to ignore this field entirely. So they forget to change it back to their own name manually.
This is especially confusing when creating the new ticket from a comment. The original ticket's reporter is completely unrelated!
