I am using the trac API's - ticket.create, ticket.update to create and update new tickets on our trac system. However when I use them I do not get email notifications for anything.
If the same actions are executed using UI, I successfully get the email notifications. Please let me know if there are any configurations by changing which I can get emails for updates done using API's as well or let me know if anything else has to be done.
Below mentioned are the details of the the trac server :
Trac Version: Trac 1.0.11 Operating System : CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 Python version used : Python 2.7.5 (rpm) Database backend and their bindings if relevant : Sqlite3 bundled with Trac The versioning system and their bindings if relevant : You are not using any versioning system associated with Trac
