Description
I'm trying to write a TracLinks reference to a milestone, but also requesting a non-default ordering of the result.
I had hoped that requesting milestone:value?by=severity would work. because that's the way the resultant URL seems to be formed, but it seems that the ? and = are quoted somewhere. The link displays as a tooltip correctly (I guess the browser renders it), but is actually
http://.../cgi-bin/trac.cgi/milestone/value%3Fby%3Dseverity
which doesn't do the right thing … however, it doesn't entirely fail either, it displays milestone:value OK, and doesn't try to hunt for a milestone called "value%3Fby%3Dseverity"
Placing the HTTP link in manually works :- e.g. http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/milestone/0.9?by=severity#stats for milestone:0.9?by=severity

Not for 0.8.1.
Also not convinced that would be a useful feature, TBH.

You can always just use the absolute or relative URL. There doesn't need to be a TracLinks syntax for everything, IMHO.
