Ticket properties drop downs can run over other text

If (for example) a component is created with a very long entry the drop down box for components gets so wide that it runs over the Priority label.
A solution to this would be to make all the drop downs fixed width and display the text in a tool tip (is this possible?) if it overruns the width.
