Umask Configuration Setting

just a suggestion that the umask workaround for svn should be made easier to implement rather than having to change the trac.cgi source code. We would like to have a configuration attribute that we can set which would allow us to upgrade trac without having to re-edit the trac.cgi every time. I realise that we may be only a minority who have this problem but it would be a real bonus to offer a solution that didn't necessitate the modification source code.

Um, you never say what the "umask workaround" is. I'm guessing that it's related to old permission problems with BDB repositories, so this is probably no longer valid.
