wiki-default page WikiPageNames contain invalid link to Trac tickets

Description
In the wiki-default directory, the default wiki page WikiPageNames contains a reference to a ticket #614, which obviously does not work in a newly created environment without any tickets. The link should refer to http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/ticket/614 instead.
I found it on the current trunk: source:/trunk/wiki-default/WikiPageNames#1197

Fixed for 0.8.1 in [1236]. Will be fixed in trunk when the wiki pages are updated before the next release.

I don't think the reference to that ticket is even necessary as the only thing that ticket gives you is the same as the example given on the next line.
